Real Lives Nutrition Webinar on Circulation

REAL LIVES – JULIA - the Circulation case – is there a natural approach to chilblains?

Zoom webinar.

Testimonial:

“For the past five years I have been living with chilblains, heading into winter always fills me with a slight dread; painful, swollen, purple, itchy toes and disrupted sleep have been my reality. I connected with Belle to explore whether I could proactively manage my nutrition to address my circulation/chilblains. We have had three sessions now, adapted my diet, adding in warming foods and including some daily supplements. It took a few months to see change but I can now say that I am about 80% better. I have an odd few days where they flare up and are annoying but generally my feet feel almost normal. I am aware with all these journeys it takes time, so I continue and celebrate the small daily victories; good night’s sleep, hot showers, long walks with my dog - all of which were a challenge four months ago”. ‘Real Lives’ Cases chart the health journeys of clients who have decided to address their health issues with natural solutions. Come join me from the comfort of your own home. I’ll be running these learning webinars on the 2nd Weds evening of each month from Jan 23. Designed for students of nutrition, health coaches, newly qualified nutritionists or those with a personal interest in this area of health.

In this webinar we discuss Julia (name changed for confidentiality). Julia’s main symptoms are chilblains, migraine and tinnitus. When looking at a collection of symptoms we can already suspect that a certain bodily system requires support. The symptom pattern here screams CIRCULATORY support. Could we employ a collection of supportive dietary measures, the use of nutrients vital to the circulation plus a range of supplements designed to assist blood flow and see a noticeable difference in symptoms. Well, the testimonial speaks volumes confirming that tailored nutritional support works wonders.

In these webinars we will discuss dietary, lifestyle and supplement support and techniques reaching the root of a client’s problem. We learn how to identify triggers and driving factors to health conditions based on each individual case. Research at its finest.
